2013 Summer Camp/Choir Tour
This summer FBBC Student Ministry will be combining youth camp and choir tour into one awesome week! It will be June 22-29. We will be participating in Mission Fuge at Mississippi College and will be serving the Jackson, MS area. Even if you are not part of our Remnant Student Choir we would love for you to attend this week! You will be able to participate in everything that we do, and you don't even have to sing :)
The cost is $250 per student, and $450 for 2 students from the same family. Deadline to sign up is April 21, with a $100 deposit due by that date, and the remaining balance due on July 1st. Please don't let money be a reason that you miss out on this awesome week. We have scholarships available; email ben@fbbc.org for more info.

REVIVE
After years of doing a "traditional" style of Sunday School, the leadership of our Student Ministry decided that it was time to reconstruct the way our sunday mornings looked. Our old way consisted of separating students by grade, teachers going through a set curriculum, and a group of teenagers that was unmoved by the whole experience. We decided to change the format in hopes of making it a time of engaging Bible study and community building. That led us to Revive.
Here is what Revive looks like...For the first three weeks of each month, two teachers lead studies on a topic that they are passionate about. The students are able to choose whatever topic interests them the most and attend that class for the next three weeks. This way both the teachers and the students are covering a topic that everyone in the room is interested in. On the fourth sunday, all the students come together for an opportunity to share what they have learned and to sign up for the next month's classes. This allows students to interact with different teachers and students each month, and hopefully, avoid the rut of a Sunday morning routine.
REMNANT
Remnant is our student choir that is open to all middle school, high school, and college students. We rehearse every Sunday at 4:30 and have gotten to sing at worship services and outreach events. This choir is a great opportunity for students to come together to worship God. Even if you think that you are not a good singer, we encourage you to come try it out because no one else can give God YOUR praise.
